This Privacy Policy explains how Bloxtopia (“Bloxtopia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the website at bloxtopia.gg and related services (the “Service”).

• We store your Roblox username and user ID, profile preferences, and messages you send us. Looking up a username reads public Roblox information; it does not authorize access to your Roblox account.
• We record activity confirmations, reward balances, referrals, and earning and redemption history.
• Device and usage data. IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring pages, and how you interact with the Service, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from third parties. Confirmations and related details from advertising and reward partner Providers when you complete an Offer, and signals used to detect fraud and abuse.

We do not knowingly collect more information than we need, and we do not ask for payment card numbers, since Rewards are delivered through the Roblox platform rather than paid out in cash.

• Create and manage your Bloxtopia account using your Roblox username and user ID;
• Manage your reward balance and process redemption requests;
• Verify activity completions with Providers and resolve crediting issues;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited conduct;

• Respond to your requests and provide support;

• Providers and partners. With advertising and reward partner Providers as needed to attribute and verify the activities you complete.

Bloxtopia uses cookies to maintain your login session and language preference. Google reCAPTCHA and activity providers may also use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

We keep personal information for as long as your Account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for any additional period required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
